By accessing or using Voyaguide ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update them; continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Voyaguide provides travel information, destination guides, visa information and planning tools. The Service is provided for informational purposes only; it does not constitute professional travel, legal or financial advice.

We do everything we can to keep information accurate and current. Nonetheless:

• Visa requirements change often — always verify with official sources (embassies, government portals) before travelling.
• Prices, opening hours and transport change — confirm before booking.
• We cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of outdated or inaccurate information.

Spotted an error? Report it to data@voyaguide.fr and we will fix it quickly.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorised use immediately to security@voyaguide.fr. Circle membership is governed by the pricing terms shown at sign-up; it can be cancelled at any time.

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape, copy or redistribute our content without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems.
• Publish false, misleading or harmful content.
• Breach any applicable law or regulation.
• Access the Service at scale via automated tools without prior agreement.

All content, design and data on Voyaguide belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may share an individual page with attribution; you may not reproduce our content commercially without a written licence.

The Service contains links to third-party sites and booking platforms. We are not responsible for their content, practices or accuracy. Some links are affiliated: they support our work at no extra cost to you and are marked as such.

To the extent permitted by law, Voyaguide shall not be liable for:

• losses arising from decisions made on the basis of our information;
• travel disruptions, visa refusals or health incidents;
• indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by French law and the law of the European Union. Any dispute will be handled under applicable consumer-protection legislation. For users outside the EU, local mandatory protections apply.
